This is a six-storey construction in the centre of Limassol with a view over the central park of the city. The design principle of the project was the transformation of the horizontal balconies into a 3-dimensional system of inclined surfaces which spread over the whole volume. In this way, the typical floor plan will stop being a monotonous repetition of the same elements and will be converted into a dynamic solid whole. The balcony parapet will be made of glass for unobstructed views to the sea. The crystals used for that purpose will start from white opaque and will result in a completely transparent glass. On the ground floor there is a communal swimming pool within a planned landscape separated from the hustle of the city.
