The building is located in Saronida. It consists of uniform independent volumes, with clear geometric relations in between them, which derived from the organization of the plan. The orientation of the residence arises from the need for unobstructed views to the north-west and by the need for a site protected from the north wind in the region. Alternative living rooms are provided for use during the different times of the day. The dissolution of the boundary between the indoor and outdoor was also used as a synthetic tool. Large glazings dissolve that boundary and unify the site.
